Recruiters and employers

- LinkedIn or other professional profile links

- Information shared in interview notes or assessments
- Right‑to‑work or visa status, where provided
- Any other personal information included in documents or communications shared through the platform
Recruiters and employers are responsible for ensuring they have a lawful basis (for example, candidate consent) before sharing candidate information with us or via the platform.

When you visit our website or use our apps, we may also collect:

- They have obtained any consents required to share the information
- The information is accurate, up to date and not misleading
- They will use the information only for lawful recruitment purposes
If you are a candidate and believe your information has been handled improperly by a recruiter or employer using our platform, you can contact us and we may, at our discretion, investigate or refer you to the relevant organisation.
