Fair play matters
Marketplaces are powerful because they create trust, speed, and transparency. To keep Recruitful working for everyone, there are a few simple rules we expect everyone to play by.
For Employers:
Engage in good faith
When you pick a recruiter to work with you, you agree to engage with them promptly and in good faith. You are under no obligation to hire their candidate, but you do need to give them a real shot at the title – they have paid for the right to work your role for a defined period of time. If you aren’t serious about working with a recruiter then don’t pick one.
Honour the deal
If you hire the candidate put forward by a recruiter, you agree to pay the fee they proposed in their bid. If you change the rules after the fact or introduce new conditions they could not have known about when bidding, they have the right to rate you poorly and your account may be suspended or terminated for breaching fair play.
Don’t go around the platform
If you attempt to work with individual recruiters directly in order to avoid using Recruitful, your account may be suspended or terminated. This protects the integrity of the marketplace and ensures everyone benefits from playing by the same rules.
Rate recruiters honestly
Marketplaces rely on ratings. When asked, you agree to leave honest, fair feedback about your experience with recruiters.
For Recruiters:
Pay what you owe when its due
When you place a bid or are selected to work a role, you agree to pay Recruitful the relevant platform fees. You will always know the price points in advance so you should never be surprised when you receive a bill.
Show up and be transparent
When an employer picks you, you agree to engage promptly, communicate clearly, and honour your bid. You cannot change your fee or terms after being selected unless the employer agrees.
Don’t go around the platform
If you try to build direct relationships with employers you meet through Recruitful in order to circumvent the platform, your account may be suspended or terminated. This marketplace only works if everyone is honest and respects the shared rules.
Rate employers honestly
Your ratings help keep quality high for everyone. When asked, you agree to rate your experience with employers fairly and constructively.
Play fair, get great outcomes, and help keep Recruitful a marketplace everyone can trust.
