How it works
Subscribe to the daily job email to receive new roles directly to your inbox. Each role comes with a ‘bounty’, which is the fee the employer is willing to pay to fill it.
When you see a role you like you bid for the exclusive right to work it. A small bid fee (currently $20) ensures employers get quality offers.
In your bid you describe what you'll do for them and how much you want to charge for your service (this can be more or less than the bounty offered by the employer).
Employers select the recruiter they feel is the best fit for the role. Once chosen, the employer is introduced to you directly so you can start collaborating.
Success fees
If the employer goes on to hire your candidate, they pay you the amount you proposed in your offer, with no questions asked.
Over time, Recruitful will introduce a small success fee (around $250) payable when you are selected to work a role.
