How Recruitful works

List your job for free and set the amount you’re willing to pay a recruiter for the right candidate. Recruiters respond with bids that outline what they’ll deliver and for how much (recruiters have the option to make a counter-offer your which could be higher or lower than the bounty you set).

Choose the bid you like best and work with that recruiter for the period of exclusivity they’ve requested. If the candidate isn’t right, move on to the next bid and keep going until you find someone you want to hire.

You pay nothing until you decide to hire a candidate, at which point you pay the recruiter their agreed bid price. You can remove your job at any time if it’s not working for you, and you’re never obligated to choose a recruiter or hire anyone.
